FULL REGULATORY COMPLIANCE

By working with us at Harrps, you are working with members of the Property Ombudsman Service, Welwyn & Hatfield Council PALS Scheme, National and Residential Landlords Association (NRLA), Information Commissioners Office (ICO), Client Money Protect (CMP) and Deposit Protection Scheme (DPS). We strongly believe that compliance is our top and number one priority, ensuring that all properties comply with Fire Safety, Single Lets and HMO, Housing and Health & Safety regulations, thus removing the liability from yourself and helping to provide increased peace of mind.

MONTHLY REPORTS

You are offered monthly reports and access to our online system as part of our service packages. This will have all documentation connected with the property/tenancy via an online log in, giving the power back to yourself as the landlord to oversee the management of your asset. As we pride ourselves on offering a fully transparent and integral service, we feel this is essential to share all information with you.

CENTRAL HEATING AND BOILER COVER

We believe it is imperative to protect all facets of your investment and insure against unexpected costs and repairs. As part of our packages, we are able to arrange and manage plumbing and heating insurance on your behalf saving you money and time.

UTILITY MANAGEMENT

We offer a full utility management service so that you can relax and know that you have a completely hands-off experience. This includes but is not limited to; Gas, Electricity, Water, Council Tax, TV Licensing, Broadband and Refuse. You can rest assured knowing that that all utilities are dealt with. All utility bills will be re-directed to our office and stored electronically, offering a paperless service (original copies can be stored and provided at your request).

KEY HOLDING SERVICE KEY

We will safely and securely hold keys for all of your properties and we can provide a key-safe service for all the properties to ensure maximum convenience.
