OUR TEAM AND EXPERIENCE

Within our team we have accredited Property Managers, fully-qualified Fire Risk Assessors, qualified Building Surveyors as well as Quantity Surveyors. We pride ourselves on understanding how to work with private landlords and residential management companies on a daily basis. With years of experience in working with tenant issues, freeholder to leaseholder issues, service charge issues and resident directors.

IN-HOUSE MAINTENANCE TEAM

Our in-house maintenance team are able to successfully carry out any repairs to your properties on all levels, irrespective of the works required. We coordinate all works at no additional cost to our clients, and wish that all quotations are approved by you (“the Landlord”) unless they are under an agreed spending limit or amount. However, should you desire to use your own contractor, we are also more than happy to provide a detailed schedule of works and repairs management service.

IN-HOUSE CLEANING TEAM

We have an in-house team of fully vetted, highly trained professional cleaners, who consistently maintain a high level standard of cleaning on each job or property. Our cleaning services can vary from Periodic Communal cleans, Sprinkle cleans, End of Tenancy cleans or Builders cleans. Whatever the cleaning demand, we can cater to all of your service needs.
